Pursuant to the call of President Pro Tem Schouten the
the B®ard of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in Call session
at the City Ha11 205 W Mulford Ave Saturday Jan 24 1925 at 8:30

The reading of the minutes of the meeting of Jan 23 was
omitted
A copy of the call was read. Said call specifying that
the ob~eet of the meeting was as follows: For the purpose of con-
sidering a certain writ of mandate issued out of the Superior Court
of Los Angeles County in Action No 160,267; and taking such action
thereon, and in regard thereto, as the Board may deem proper; also
for the purpose of filling a certain vacancy on the Board of Trus-
tees; and for the further purpose of taking up and-'.considering such
other matters as may lawfully come before said Board at said time.
The filling of the vacancy on the Bard created by the re-
signation ~f Trustee Zeiser was first taken dip
Trustee Anderson sated that he was not prepared to vote
on the matter at this time and would like time for consideration.
A motion by Trustee Anderson seconded~by Trustee Tweedy
that the Pilling of the vacancy on the Board be postponed, was car-
ried by the following vote: _
Ayes: Trustees Tweedy Hotz Anderson Schouten
Noes: None
Absent: None
The matter of action on the peremptory writ was taken up.
A motion by Trustee Anderson seconded by Trustee Tweedy
that action on the peremptory writ be deferred, was carried by the
following vote
Ayes: Trustees Tweedy Hotz Anderson Schouten
Noes: None
Absent: None
On motion Bard adjourned
