TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with its appurtenances, unto said Grantee, and its successors forever, without warranty of title. The property is conveyed subject to taxes, assessments, and all easements, restrictions, reservations, encumbrances and other exceptions to title, whether or not of record.
