The E3oard of Trustees of the Cite of L?mwood met in Special
Session at the City Hall 205 'Vest Mulford Ave Saturday, June 6.
at 10 pm.
Present: Trustees uutchinson Sherer
Absent: Trustees Anderson Tweedy
City Clerk present
President Schouten ir: the Chair
A copy of the Call notice was read,
follows:

said Call specifying as
"Trustee ----- ~'ou are hereby notified that the President of
the Board of Trustees of the City of L~Tnwood has called a Special
Meeting of the Board of Trustees of said City to meet at 10 o'clock
pm, Saturday June G 1G25, at the City Hall 205 Nest Mulford Ave, for
the purpose of considering certain business in connection with the
membership of the Police Department."
2'he President explained that the ob ect of the Special I~ieet-
inf±; was to consider the resignation of Traffic Officer ~Iels S Ander-
son, the same being filed Feb 4 1925; and asked the pleasure of the
Board concerning same.
A motion by Trustee I,utchir~son seconded by Trustee Sherer
that said resi~;rzation be accepted to take effect immediately, and
that the Cit~r h?arshal be instructed to notify the said. Nels ~ And-
erson to f'ryrtnivith deliver all City; property in his possession to ~"
the proper authority, was carried bzr the follotiving vote
