Pursuant to the call of President Scl~auten the Board of Trus-
tees of the Cit~* of Lvnwoad met in Special Session at the City Hall 2J5
~`~ T,Zulford Ave Saturday June 20 1925 at 3 pm.
Present: Trustees Anderson Hutchinson Sherer Tweedy Schouten
Absent : P1one

The Presi~?ent stated that the ob,iect of the meeting was to trans„,
acb business as specified iri the Call. ~~ copy of the Call was read. Said

Trustee -----. You are hereby notified that the President of the Board
has instructed me to issue calls fcr a Special r~eetin~ to be held in the
City Hall 205 ~~ Tiulford Ave Saturday June 20 1925 at 3 pm, for the pur-
pose of transacting business in connection with the membership of the
Board of Trustees of said City of Lynwood; far action on map of Traet
U242, a'd also to transact business in connection with the membership
of the Police Department. Signed Fred '?'wlelch Clerk. Dated at 10 am
June 20 1925.
These matters were at ones takes up.
A motion by Trustee Sherer seconded bzr Trustee Tweedy ghat the
r~Tan of Tract x242 s$bmitted to th.e Board in accordance with Chapter 349
of the 1919 Statutes and ~imendments to the Codes of Cal ifcrnia, be ap-
proved and returned to the Count~- Board of supervisors, was carried un-
animously.
A motion by TrusteE:Tweedy. Seconded bar Trustee Anderson that
S n4 Coulter be dismissed as a Traffic Officer of the City of Lynwood,
was carried unanimously.
Trustee Sherer presented his resignation as a member of the
F~osrd of Trustees, said resignation stating as follovrs

Gentlemen: I hereby tender my resignation as a member of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Lynwood, to take effect at the reading of this
notice by .the City Clerk.
And S wish to extend to the remaining members of the Eoard
my earnest appreciation of their loyal support in matters pertaining
to the improvement of our Streets and Parks.

A motion bsr Trustee Tweedy seconded by Trustee Hutchinson
that the `resi~ation of Cleo E Sherer as a member of the Board of Trus-
tees be accepted, was carried by the following vote:

Floes: Trustee Anderson
Absent: None
