reading of the min~ites of the meetings of Sept 16 and 17 be ornit.ted and
that nothing but unfinished business be transacted. was carried by the

The hearing of protests on Res~l.tition of Intention tiTc 245 having
been eontiriued to this date, on motion made and carried same was contin-
ued to tl~e next meeting. ,
The heerin~z o.f protests why roads should not be issued to pav
the costs and expenses of tT`ie vrork or improvement under Resol~zt,ion of
Intention Igo 229 raving been continued to tT~is date, same was now taken
up. The Clerk annoizr.ced that no protests were on file, whereupon the
T'residerzt inquired if any Tersons present desired to be heard, and no .
person responding, a Resolution entitled "A resolution of the T3oard of
Trustees of the City of T.~'zivrood, California, relating to the issuance --
of Street Irlx~~rovement T3onds pursuant to Posel~?t.ic~Y? cf tntenticn No 22A.
determining the amount of unpaid assessments, prescribin~z the denomina~-'
ticns of such bonds and providing for their issuance," was offered by
~ Trustee Gord,*. On motion by 7'rtistee CTordv seconded by Trus-
tee Tiutchinson said resolution being; Resolutic.~ No ?.70 was adopted by
the following vote:
