Call Meeting Dec 10 1925

Purauant to the call of President Downey
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in Special
Call Meeting at the Cit~r Hall 205 hest Mulford Ave Thursday Dec
10 1925 at 8:60 am.
Present: Trustees Gordy Reed Downey
Absent: Trustees Anderson Tweedy
City Atty, Stenpgrapher and Clerk present
President Downey in the Chair
.-. The object of the meeting being to transact business in con-
nection with the bid of Fritz Ziebarth far the work or improvement as
contemplated by Resolution of Intention No 265, a copy of the "Call"
was read, said "Call" reading as follows:
"Trustee -----. You are hereby notif ied that I have called a
Special Call Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
to meet at the City Hall 205 W Mulford Ave Thursday Dec 10 1925 at
8:00 am for the purpose of transacting business in connection with
the bid of Fritz Ziebaf~'~.h under Resalution of Intention No 265.

The matter of replacing a certain certif ied check deposited in
connection with the bid of Eritz Ziebarth with a Bid Bond having been
referred to'~tYie City Attorney, said City Attorney reported that he had
examined the Bid Bond submitted for substitution and recommended that
the Board allow said substitution.
A motion by Trustee Reed seconded by Trustee Gordy that Fritz
Ziebarth be allowed to substitute a Bid Bond in the earn of X5500 for
a certain certified check of an equal amount, deposited in connection
with his bid covering the work or improvement, contemplated under Reso-
lution of Intention No 265, was carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Gordy Reed Downey
Noes: None
Absent: 't'rustees Anderson Tweedy
On motion Board adjourned
