The Board of Trustees of the Gity of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session at the Cit-* Hall 205 ~Yest Mulford Ave Saturday Dec 26
1925 at 7:30 pm.
Present: Trustees Gordy Reed Downey
Absent: Trustees Anderson `['weed

The reading of the minutes of the meeting of Dec 23 was omitted.
t°Jrit Coms `lie resignation of the City Attarney was read. Said resignation ,~
reading as follows: "Dee'=26 1925 Board of `Trustees Lynwcod Cal. Gentle-
. men: I find that my many business interests in various parts of Los An-
geles County require so much of my attention that it will be practically
impossible for me to longer act as ,your City ~';ttorney. I therefore here-
with submit my resignation as City Attorney of the City of Lynwood, and
ask that the same be accepted immediately, Fours very truly Oscar F
~~ inburn .
E~ motion by Trustee Reed seconded by Trustee .Gordy that said
resignation be filed, was carried.

case now stood as though no appeal had been taken, thus allowing tYze
Board to ^roceed to award the contract for the work or improvement as
contemplated under Resolution of Intention No 265 if such was their de-
sire.
~'Vhereupon a Resolution offered by Trustee Reed entitled "Reso-
lution of Award of Contract No ..,." was road. On motion by Trustee
Gardy seconded b~* Trustee Reed said Resolution being; Resolution No 278
was adopted b~; the following vote:

Noes: None -,
Absen~c: Trustees Anderson Tweedy
Cn motion Board adjourned to meet i7ednesday Dec 30 1925 at the
usual time and place. ,
