COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 16, 20081
CALL TO ORDER
The Council “Pre-Meeting” Work Session of June 16, 2008, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present:Carroll (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton,
Medin, Penfold, and Smith
Absent: Crane
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2008-18 (Food Inspection Fees): Councilman Kenneth Ferguson stated that based upon
discussion held at the June 9 special Finance Committee meeting, he will be withdrawing this
bill tonight so that the issue will remain in place as it was agreed upon by the Council during
the Budget Committee meetings held on the current year’s budget season.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
