The Board of Trustees of the Cite of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session at the Citsr Hall 205 `1Vest T~ulford Ave Monday Jan 4 1926
at 5:30 nm
Present: Trustees Anderson Tweedy Gordy Reed Downey
Absent: None
City Attorney. ]~gineer, Stenographer and Clerk present
t President Downey in the Chair
The reading of the minutes of the meeting of I:ec 30 was omitted

,'` business in connection with a sewer system for the City, President Dow-
ney stated that the .matter of a temporary disposal plant would not be
definitely;'decided at the meeting of the ~letropblitan Sewer Board to be
held Tuesday Jan 5 as expected, and until that had been decided he would
,,advise that no action be taken by the Board of `t'rustees. He further ad-
- wised that any action taken in this matter be taken only after careful
consideration to adequately protect the interests of the City.
Trustee Anderson expressed himself as also being in favor of no
action until definite arrangements had been made regarding the septic ,

off ice of City Marshal be declared vacant, was carried by the following
vote:

A motion by Trustee Anderson seconded by 'i''rustee Tweedy that a
demand for X23.40 covering the City Marshal salary from Jan l to 4 in-
' elusive be allowed and warrant ordered drawn for same, was carried by the
following vote:
