by the Clerk.

Absent: Trustee Downey
City Atty, Stenagrapher and Clerk present.
On motion made and carried Trustee Reed was appointed President
pro tem.
The minutes of t,re meetings of I'ec 30 1925 and Jan 4 1926 were --.
read and approved.

district known as Burton r'we, a motion by 'Trustee Anderson seconded by
Trustee Gord~T that said hearing be continued to n o'clock pm Jan 13
1926, was carried by the following'vote:

Ne~~a bus A Resolution offered by Trustee Gordy* entitled "~i Resolut,ion of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Lzrriwoad, Cal. , re-transferring
the sum of Five ~iundred Dollars (~~500.00) from the Clerk's Street Im-
brovement Fund to the General Fund," was read. On motion by Trustee
Gordy seconded by 'Prustee 1'inderson said Resolution being Resolution No
24tI was adopted bar the following vote:
