`The board of Trus tees of the Cit~r of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session at the City :fall 205 t~'dest T~~Zulford Ave i~2onday Feb 1 1926
at ?:30 um.

2'Yie minutes of the meeting; of Jan 25 were read and approved.
The Boara raving acl jourrted to this time for the purpose of can-
vassing and declaring; the result of the Special Election held Jan 26
1926 slid canvass was at once taken up. After completing the carne the
result was declared to be as follaws : 1'he r-ahole nurzY~er of votes cast
in said Special Election was found to be 881; the propasiticr~s voted upar
the number of votes cast for and a~*ainst eadh of such propositions, the
names of the persons voted for, the office which each person was voted
f'or, and the number of votes given to each of such bersons tivas found to
be as follows:
First proposition "hall Lars C Anderson be recalled from the
office of Trustee of the Cit;~* of Lvnwoad Cal?" S'es 668 votes. No 1.6'7
votes.
Second proposition "Shah. T~rank T~Q Downey be recalled from the
office of Trustee of the City of Lynwood Cali" "es 652, votes. No 144
votes.
Third proposition 'tShall Charles F' Need be recalled from the
office of Trustee of the City of Lynwood Cal?" Yes 69? votes. No 103
votes.
Candidate to succeed Lars C.l-nderson in case that he be recalled
Herbert ~hanley l~iurray, 643 votes .
Candidate to succe.dd Frank T~~ Downey in case that he be recalled.

said Resolution being P.esolution No 2t~5 was adopted by the following:

Trustees Enderson Downey and Reed now vacated the seats occupied

of office to HerY~ert T; I~Zurray, Charles E Greenamyer and Clarence '~u Rob-
erts who took their seats as ~"rustees of the City of Lynwood. __...__..,,

ing with thanks. Thereupon ~'r~istee Roberts placed in nomination the
name of `T'rustee Greenamyer s~~.d nomination being seconded by Trustee
~~Turray, whereupon `T'rustee Greenamyer was elected President of the Board.
