The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in ad~jorned reg- ular session at the Citzr Hall 205 West Mulford Avenue Wednesday March 2~ 1926 at '7:30 pm Present: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Gordy Murray Greenamyer Absent: None President Greenamyer in the Chair City Attorney and Clerk present The minutes of the meoting of March 17 were read and approved. ~~rit Coms A communication #as°~°riead from the Health Department regarding brush on vacant property on c~akwood Ave. This was referred to the Fire Commissioner. An agreement covering the amount to be c~targed bz* the County far support of vrisoners placed in the County ,jail for violation of City Ordinances (said amount beings ~1 per day per prisoner) was read. A mo- tion by Trustee Murray seconded by Trustee Tweedy that said agreement b+ entered into and the President of the Board be authorized to sign same in the same of the City, was carried by the following vote: Apes: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Gordy Murray Greenamyer Noes: None Absent:"None Figures covering the installation of different kinds of phone main lt.ne service for the City Hall and Fire Department were presented by th+ Consolidated ?Itilities Co. A motion by Trustee Gordy seconded by Truste+ Roberts that this matter be referred to the Clerk,' Marshal and Fire Chief with paver to act, xas carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Gordy Murray Greenamyer Noes: None Absent: Nine Map of `T'ract 9288 was offered for the approval of the Board. A mo~ ' tion by Trustee Murray that action on said Map of Tract 9288 be laid over to next regular meeting, was lost. A motion by Trustee Tweedy seca~ dad by Trustee Gordy that said map be approved and returned to the Coun~ ty Board of Supervisors, was carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Gordy Greenamyer Noes : P3tSne Absent: NRne Not Voting: Trustee Murray New Bus An Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood, Cal., fixing the salaries of the Treasurer, Clerk, Marshal and Recorder, annulling Ordinances Numbered 31, 48, 51 and 5'7, and all other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith," was 'read far the first time. A motion by Trustee Tweedy seconded by Trustee Murray that said Ordinance be declared read far the first time and laid over for second reading, was carried by the following; vote r Ayes: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Gordy Murray Greenamyer.
