Adjourned Regular Meeting April 10 1826

The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session at the City Hall 205 vest Mulford Avenue Saturday April
10 1926 at 1:30 pm.
Present: Trustees Tweedy Roberts Murray Greenamyer
Absent: Trustee Gordy
City Attorn~ and Clerk present.
The reading of the minutes of the meeting of April 7 was omitted.
The object of the meeting being for. the purpose. of taking action
on an Ordinance fixing the salaries of various elective and appointive
officers, this was taken up.
The City Attorney stated that it was his opinion that an Ordi-
nance f icing the salaries of elective officers could not be passed unless
the same would have been passed in time to go into effect before the date
of election, the said date of election being April 12 1926.
After discussing the matter to some length it was decided to take
no action in regard to said proposed Ordinance.
On motion Board adjourned.
