The Board oi' Trustees of the City of Lynwood met at an.
adjourned regular meetint at the City Hall, 205 W. Mulford Avenue,
Tuesday, May 4th, at 8 P. M.
Present: Greenamyer, Twec,dy, f~oberts, Rice and Murray

Clerk present -
Minutes read and. approved
Communication for the resignation of S. M. Coulter as Motor
-Cycle police officer read. Moved by Trustee Tweedy and seconded by
Rice to accept said resignation.

Motion carried and so ordered
Application of G. G. Mar~~x for the position of Police of-
fice~r read. Motion made by `IY~ustee Roberts to Frxant said application
aid that G. G. Mares be appointed to th® position of Motbrcyole Police
officer of the City, secanded by Trustee Rice.

Communication from Sterns & Sterns, Inc. with reference to
-tract No. 6728 requesting approval of map of subdivision adjacent to
City of Lynwood. Moved by Trustee Tweedy, seconded by Trustee Roberts,
that said map be approved.
Motion carried and so ordered
Communication from Mr. Rice with reference to map of tract
No. 655. Motion made b~T Trustee Murray to approve said map sur3ect
to ap>>roval of Cit9 Engineer and Water Superintendent as to location
- and quality of pipe, seconded by Trustee Roberts.

Ordinance Na. 62 be read and accepted as a second reading and laid
over for third reading

Trustee Tweedy stated that complaint Yzad beenmade concerning..
i'ratts Dairy and asked that action be taken that same be declared as a
nuisance. The matter was referred to the City Marshall and the health
off icer and to Attorney Trinnell.
