The board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in ad~'ourned
regular meaning at 205 West Mulford Ave, in the city of Lynwood at
• 8,00 P,M,
• Roll call:
'Present: Murray,Rice,Skelton TReddy,President Greenamyer being
absent Trustee Murray appointed President Pro.Tem.during the absence
of President Greenamyer.
• The minutes of last meeting were read and approved,
The report of city cl®rk and water c1®rk for the month of June
were read and on motion made unanimously carried were ordered approv-
ad and filed.

Communications;
A communication from the Street Supt,requesting to be allowed
to remove extra dirt from Park way along~Mod~eska Blvd.and Los Floras
Street where th8 grade was high,was read.Mooved by Trustee T~redy
and seconded by Trustee Skelton that no dirt be,,~~pp~;rmitted to be moon-
ed from any St~eeet or Parkway unless Street Sup~~g~ants the permit.
'~ Motion carried and so ordered.
Communication from George Haverkampff requesting permission to
build a Service Station and also a Residence at the corner of Long
beach Blvd,and Elmwood Ave.read,Mr,Haverkampff agrees that if permit
~.~ be granted as requested that in case Elmwood Ave.is widened that he
will assume all expense of any building or buildings that may be
~ constructed under this perrnit.Mooved by Trustee Skelton and seconded
by Trustee Rice that said agreement be accepted and the building ins-
pector be uathorized to issue a building permit in accordance with
said agreement,

Absent: Trustee Greenamyer;
Communication from Mr,Oscar Freytag with reference to the paving
of Banning Streat,as per petiLtion on file,was read.The matter was ref-
fared to the city Engineer with power to act.
• Oral Communications:
Mr. Gray ask for irnformation as to the whereabouts of the Street
lighting Map,Trustee Murray informed him that said leap was at the
Woodrow Wilson School Building and undertook to get same,and return
it to the tlity Hall.

•~ ing certain Streets andAlleys:City Engineer reports plans to open
• such Streets and Alleys as needed.
