President Greenamyer in the chair. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved, A communication from Mr,Rehfeld w~*~h reference to Lot 591 on Lynwood Road being condemned by the Cit;;-,~as r.ead,The city clerk was ordered to write Tu1r,Rehfeld that the Cit~;T was going to open this street for improvements and will take 40 feet of the lot., Acommunication from the Vitrolithic Paving Co., was read. A petition was presented from the property owners on N.W.Fern- wood St,with reference to making a business zone of that section,This petition was ordered refered back to the petitioners for change to ~ Street, The schedule of damands for the first half of August was read.. It was moved by Trustee Murray and seconded by Trustee Skelton that the demands be allowed and warrants be drarwm of the Treasurer for the amounts, R Roll Call: Ayes;Trust~es Tweedy Rice Ske~.ton TJ~urray and Greenamyer, Noes; None, It was moved by Trustee Murray and seconded by Trustee Skelton that the meeting adjourn until Tuesday eveni~ A~ t 926 at 8;OO~P,M, Motion was carried and so ordered, es.t3o~rd. of Trustees City of Lynwood, Attest.
