ing that a certain district in the south fast corner of the City be excl-
uded from the lighting district,, It was moved by trustee Murray. and seconded
by Trustee Rice that the petition presented by Mr.Morgan be accepted and
filed.Motion was carried and so ordered-.
It was moved by Trustee Murray and seconded by Trustee Rice that
Pr1r,Morgan be reauested to meet with the City Engineer at the City hall to
check the original protest petition against. the overhead lights,The time se
is: to be Fr~,day moring at 8;00 A,M.Motion was carried and so ordered.
Two petitions of protest against ;bl.~eing any lighting system in
certain sub-divisions owned by, or under his control,were read and ordered

Mr. Osgood requested the City to clean the weeds and grass from
the Streets in the High School Tract,This matter was refered to the Street

Ordinance No 71 reading by Title "An Ordinance making certain
regulations concerning petitions and protests to the Board of Trustees of
the City of Lynwood and providing a penalty for the voil.ation of said Ord-
inance" was read, It was moved by Trustee TJ(ur°ray and seconded by Trustee Ric
that the abcve ordinance beaccepted for first reading and gassed to the nex
meeting,
