CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of April 18, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Schnitzler,
Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Appointments:
Mayor John Landwehr stated he recently appointed Duane Schreimann to the Board of
Trustees for the Heinrichs Estate, and he will make that announcement at tonight's meeting.
Procedures for New Council :
Mayor Landwehr explained how the meeting will be conducted to allow for election of the
President Pro Tempore, Planning & Zoning Representative, and the swearing -in of newly
elected officials.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
