Present; ~i'rustees T~~Jeedy Skelton Rice Prlurray and Grecnamyor. Absent; Non® Prraeident Grecnamyor in the chair. City Engineer Hitter teas present. The minutes of the meeting of Sept,1,1926•were read and approv- ed as read,. The following communication were read and ordered filed, From Sid L.Pettman and Alice E.Pottman with reference to pipe line crossing their property, From ti~~alter K,Mitchall with reference to the next Audit, From the Greater Manchester Avenue Improvement Association with reference to a pinnic to be held Sept 11,1926 - From Rollin ~'~ Plunkett with reference to the protest against tho overhead lighting system, Ordinance Tdo 72 , ~ntitl~d - ,_"_~~ "~~n Ordinance making certain regulations concerning petitions and prcf~:~ts to the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood and providing a penalty.;for the violation of said Grdinancc,n It was moved by Trustee Rice an~.dseconded by Trustee Skelton that the above Ordinance Ido.72 be accent ;:as read for the second time and passed to nest reading, Roll Call; Ayes; Trustees 't'weedy Skelton Rice Murray and Grecnamyor. It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Rice that Ordinance No,72 as given above be accepted for third roadin~ and finally passed. Oral Communications; President Greenamyer expressed appreciation for the lar g~ atten- dance at this meeting and stated the Light question would be settled at this meeting, Mr.Mo_rgan stated he and thos© in the South Fast section dtfid not oppose the li~,ht for the whole of Lynwood,but they did not want them in their section of the City.
