GRANT DEED GRANTING RIGHT-OF-WAY
For and in consideration of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE
and 00/100 dollars ($5,141.00) and other valuable consideration in hand received,
THOMAS H. CARLSEN AND LEANN K. CARLSEN, husband and wife, Grantors, of
741 Cherry Lane,Emmett, Idaho, 83617, convey, dedicate, and grant to the CITY OF
McCALL, an Idaho municipal corporation, Grantee, a right-of-way in fee simple
determinable in, across and under the following described property, for a public road,
underground utilities, and other common road right-of-way uses (referred to below as
"Right-of-Way"):

as depicted on drawing,Exhibit B.
and Grantors covenant that Grantor is possessed of a fee simple estate in the land and has
