CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of April 17, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Brown (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Crane,
Ferguson (arrived at 5:55 P.M.), Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope,
Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
INFORMAL CALENDAR
The sponsors of 2005 -163 and 2005 -168 stated they will bring those bills off the Informal
Calendar for vote. Mayor John Landwehr explained some minor revisions to the contract being
approved by Bill 2005 -163 tonight which have occurred as late as this afternoon.
RESOLUTIONS
Substitute copies of Resolution RS2006 -1 were distributed which Chief Roger Schroeder
explained would correct typographical errors in the original version.
