Present; Trustees Tweedy Skelton Rice Murray and Greenamyer• City Attorney Rayne and City Engineer Miller were present. Pram the Pacific Electric R.R.Co,,accepting the adjusted rate on the Lighting assessment was read and ordered filed. A communication requesting eo-operation for the eleven o'clock signal on Armistice day was read and the fire chief ordered to sound the ,.,.. siren at eleven o' e~.oak• A communication from the Traffic League requesting that the City send a representive to the Traffic League ConveAtion was read and ordered f sled. Oral Communications; Mr Gray spoke regarding the opening of Elstwood tb the full width and. stated the residents there desired that the present pavement be left as l+b~ as possible. Ordinance No 75 entitled"Regulating the hours in the evening of each day when minors under the age of sixteen years may be or remain on public streets,parks and please in the City'of Lynwood and providing a penalty for the violation of said ordinance:was read.It was moved by Tru- stee Murray and seconded by '~rutitee Tweedy that same be accepted as read the first time and passed for second reading. Ordinance No 76 entitled " An Oddi~iance of the C~!ty of Lynwood regulating the keeping and running at large of dogs,prbvidin~ for in~nun~ ization of doge against nab ies.Bixing certain license taxes therefor and providing penalties for the violations thereof and repayling certain ordin- ances,was read.It was moved by Trustee Rice and seconded by Trustee Murray that same be accepted as read the first time and passed for second reading. It was -moved by ffirustee Ttrpedy and seconded by Trustee Skelton that the City engineer be instructed to go ahead and finish the plena for the improvement of 114th Street with all pussib~e speed,Motion was carried and so ordered.
