she Cit:, clerk rei~orted the receipt of a Petition demanding
the calling of a,•i Election for the recall of certain of the Trustees
of the CitgJ of Lynvrood. He furthex stated this Petition was i:n the
process of being chocked ~~~ith the records of t'ae county Registrar of
Voters and vroald be completed vrithin the time limit as required by
1~Vr.
Oral Communications:
i$r. Hutchinson requested infor:r~ation a:. to the extent of the
assessr:ent district for fife Peac't~ Street Improvement project. Presi-
~:aent Greenamyer sta~ea for the Board that the proceedings had been
rescinded due to an error grid the new proceedings had not been started.
;fir. Herbold desired like information and was answered in like
manner.
I,. F. Miller spoke on the number of broken places in the
side walks throughout the city vrhich he claimed were tide caused
'r.~y the 'Tractor while plowing lots and desired to know vrhen they
~rould be repaired. 1<,Zr. Greenamyer stated for the Board that the
sidewalks vrhich had beer broken by the tractor vrould be repaired
are the earliest possible moment and so instructed the Superinten-
dent of theStreets.
• Mr. Gray sated that there had been considerable grease
in the water. some ti~~e past and desired to know if this had been
corrected. ,dater Superintendent stated that this was caused by
the installation of new pipe lines and a pertain amount from the
