sion at the City Hall 3221 Mulford Ave.Tuesday evening Dee.21,1926 at
7;30 P.M.

A communication from the General Pipe Line Co. requesting a Fran-
chise under certain Streets in the City ®f Lynwood was again read.
Resolution N® 319. Offering for saie a Franchise for two pipe lines
under certain Streets in the City of Lynweod,was read,It was moved by

Franchise be advertised~~'or sale as squired by Law.

Ordinance No ?6.Entitled;An Ordinance of the City of Lynw®od re g-
ulating the keeping and running at largo of dogs.Providing for immuniz-

prov`i~i~in penalties for the violation thereof and repealing certain Oddi-
nances,was read,It was moved by Trustee Rice and seconded.. by Trustee

time.It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Rice that

Clerk be insbrocted is have same published as required by Law.

A communication from Franklin :'.Steed requcstir g a te~norary
permit to place a sales off ice on a redwood foundation sn his tract was read
~ It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Murray the a per-
mit be issued for a~peri®d of six months only and if the building remain
beyond that time,that a concrete or Brick foundation be placed thereunder.
Motion was carried and so ordered,
A Resolution commending the Los Angeles Times on the stand they
have taken in regard to the San Gabriel Dam and requesting the Board of
supervisors to proceed with the original p33.ns for same wasr~read.It was
moved by Trustee Rice and seconded bar Trustee Murray that same be adopt-
ed and copies be forwarded is the parties concerned.Motion was carried
and so ordered.
A number of demands as regresented by a schedule presented by the
City Clerk ware read.It was moved by Trustee Rice and seconded by Trustee
Skelton that same be alloeed and warrants be drawn on the Treasurer for
the amounts.
