Gity Engineer Miller was present~as was City attorney Hahne. The minutes •f the previous mettin~r were read anal approved as read. A eemmunication from Mr,Kelse regarding a refund on a light assessment was read,Mr.Hayne when asked t• render an •pinien regarding a refund stated that ne refund could 1e~;ally be made after the assessment role had accepted and the payment made without protest. J.H.Rickendack spoke on the matter of •pening and improvdng Oak Street from Burton south t• ~'uclid and desired imfermation on how ""' the improvement csuld be accernpliahed.Mr.Greenamyer stated for the Board that nothing had been dons t• improve this Street,but if a petition was delivered t• the Board for the improving of thid Street it weulcl be taken care •f in the usual way. Mr.Kcndrick stated he was delirious of establishing a cleaning pant en Lot 24 Block 13 •f Belle Vernon Acres and wanted to knew what weulal be required.It was moved by Trustee Murray and seconded by Trustee Rica that !hp Gity Clerk be instructed t• issue a permit to MrI~endrick upon the presentation ed. a petition signed by the property owners ar-'ten- anta within a radius •f 350 feet from the lot in question and a $uffieient Bond t• guarantee the use of one-informable cleaning fluid.rrletion eras carried and se ordered. The City Clerk reported that after a careful check •f the City books he found whore various sums •f money had been paid t• the City,but the books dial not account for same.He stated he had absolute record of one hundred dollars .being paid by one firm.It was meveci by Trustee Tweedy anal seconded by Trustee Rice that an ixvestigatien committee be appointed t• look int• this mater and report as coin as possible.Motion was carried and s• •rdered.President Greenamyer appointed Trustees Tweedy Murray and Skelttw on this committee. A ntimber •f demands as represented by a scedule presented by the Clwk were read.It was moved by Trustee Rice and seconded by 'I'ruatee Skelton that same be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the amounts.
