Mayor Buelterman called the special meeting to order at 4:30PM. Those present Paul Wolff,
Torn Groover, Jan Fox, Barry Brown and Bill Garbett. Also attending were Diane Schleicher, City
Manager; Dianne Otto, Manager, Planning and Zoning Department; and Janet LeViner, Clerk of
Council. Mayor pro tem Doyle was excused due to a prior appointment.
Consideration Local Requests and Applications — Funding, Special Events, Alcohol
License
Special Event Consideration: Sponge Bob 2: The Movie (September 30 — October 5;
October 21 — 26 and 28; October 29 — November 5): locations detailed in event
application. Bill Garbett made a motion to approve. Tom Groover seconded. Vote was
unanimous 5-0.
Bill Garbett made a motion to adjourn. Jan Fox seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20PM
