Present; Trustees T~reedy hurray and Greenamyer.
Absent; Trustees 5keltsn and Rice.
The Beard of Trustees of the Citg •f Lynwood hs~ving met in sp-
ecial session as required by law For the purpose •f canvassing the vite
•f the Special election held in the City •f Lynwood January 22,1927,The
vete was canvassed and tabulated.It was moved bg~~'rustee Murray and sec-
ended by Trustee Tweedy that Resolution No 324 entitled "ti resolution of
the Board of Trustees o~ the City •f Lynwood showing; the complete retur-
ns •f the Special e~~ction held in the City of Lynwood January 22,1927
and declaring the result$ of same''ba~~adopted.

Ayes; Trustees Tweedy Murray and Greenamyer.
Noes; None
Absent; Trustees Skelton and. Rice.
It was moved. by Trustee Tweedy and seconded by Trustee Murray
