The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in adjourned
reguls.r session at the City .i3a11, 3221 I~Iulford Avenue, Tuesday evening,

r~~esent; Trustees T~reedy, Skelton, Rice and ~reenamyer.
Absent: Trustee Murray.
C. L._Sto ddard, City clerk, was absent.

Tt was«oved by ice and seconded by Skelton that ~i. ~~. ~'nder-
son act as Clerk Pro-tem for the evening. Motion carried and so ordered.

until the next meeting.
Oral Communications:
Mrs. asked to z~now whether, ,o~°_ not she would
be permitted to pu~'n a nom ~tate~= heater in Firs. R. j. ~ilven ~ s build-
ing for tk~e purpose of s=ruing lunches inthe form of baffles. Presi-
dent Creenamyer stated for tia.e Board, that if the improvements were
uxrder~25.00 no build:i.ng permit would be necessary and she could go
ahead wi ti s sme.
Resolution I3o. ,1 `~ ~ relating to the Issuance of Street
I~nprovemt Bonds on F3anning ~. enue, was read. It wasmoved by `T'rustee
jweedy and seconded by Truster Skelton. that said Resolution be adopted.

Ayes.: Trustees Tweedy, Skelton, Rice and Greenamyer,
Noes: None.
Absent: Trustee Murray.
Car ~~ied and so ordered.
A number of demands as shown by a schedule presented by
the City Clerk pro-tem,were read. It was ~o~ed by Trustee Skelton
and seconded by Trustee Rice that same be accepted.

Absent: Trustee It~u°ray.
Tract No. 9862 was presented for approval. It was moved
by Trustee Rice and seconded by s~rustee Tweedy that said subdivision
be approved.
