The Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session at the City Hall, 32.21 Mulford Ave., Tuesday evening, ;;~
March 1, l92'~, at 7:30 PIvI.
Present Trustees Tweedy, Skelton, Rice, Murray and Greenamyer.
C.i4y ~gineer Miler was present.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as
It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Marra
a Petty Cash fund be maintained in the office of the City Treasurer, the

It was moved by Trustee Rice and seconded by Trustee Murray
that ~ 1500.00 be transfered to the Street Improvement Fund from the

It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Rice
that the Fire Chief be instructed to make a survey of the weed nuisance
as soon as possible.

Street Superintendent Cogswell was instructed to remove the abstractions
from the present drainage ditches unless prevented from doing so by the

It was moved by Trustee Rice and sedonded by Trustee Tweedy that
the Volunteer Firemen be .paid for fire calls and drills at the following
rate; for fire calls ~ 2,00 each, for fire drills 1.00 each( the
number of drills not to exceed 2 per. Ida.). This pay nat to be for a
greater number than ten volunteers

that the pay of the City Marshall be 2:00.00 per. mo. to be effective
as of M=~reh lat. 192?.

A number of Demands as reparesented by a scherli~.le presented by
the City Clerk were read. It was moved by Trustee Skelton and seconded
by Trustee Tweedy that same be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treas-
urer for the amounts.

It was moved by Trustee Murray and seconded by Trustee Tweedy
that Trustee Greenamyer be appointed the representive of the Board of
Trustees at the Planning Convention at Oakland, Calif. March the 4th.and
5th. and that his expenses be paid by the City.
