PII. Present: Trustees Tweedy, Skelton, Rice, Murray and Greenamyer. Absent: None City ~~torney Ha~~ne and City Engineer miller, were present. The City Clerk, Stoddard, being absent, the Deputy Clerk acted for him. 'j'he P~~inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Ordinance No. 78 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Lynti~ood regulating the Parking of Vehicles upon certain Streets, Alleys and Re- stricted Zones", was read. It was moved by Trustee xice and seconded by ~.Crustee Skelton that same be accepted as read the firs t ime and passed for second reading. It was moved by Tz~ustee Tweedy ands econded by Trustee Skel- ton that they get some reliable contractor to do the work and after the proper amount of monetiT is deposited to the City of Lynwood Treasury, they will be released from their bond. It was moved by Trustee Tweedy and seconded by Trustee Skelton that same be accepted as read the first time. Ro~erts, Fire Chief, addressed the 3oard rela~ive to 8 depleted building on Franklin Street, stating that stone had been declared as a nuisance by people living in that immediate territm y and asked to know the Board's desire in the matter. E,n lamendment of Ordinance r.o. 77 was reed for tize first time, same to read as follows : "The i'i~;ure X1.'75 ir. section 5, appearing in the sentence "For every public garage ova auto repair shop, the charge shall be X1.75, are hereby stricken out and in lieu of said figure so stricken out the figures, "1.25" are inserted."
