Pres ent; Trustees Tweedy .hurray and Greenamyer. Absent;Trustees Skelton and Rice. City Engineer Mfi.ller was present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. A sworn statement from ~~~rs A, L. Harris regarding the supposed unlawful taking up of her do$ was read. It was moved by Trustee Tweedy and seco ,~y Trustee N:urray that this matter be refaced to the Comm- issioner~' br' ~.nvestigation and report at the next meeting.~iotion was carried and so ordered. The City Clerk reported that the petition on Oentury Square had been checked and he had found the petition to contain the names of one hundred and three signatures of qualified electors of tixe City of liyn- Yraod,Resolution Teo 330.1~~otifing The County Board of Superviso~bs of the receipt of the petition,B~as read. It was moved by Trustee T~Teedy and see- onded by Trustee i~urray that the Resolution be adopted. Roll Ca11; ayes; Trustees. Tweedy I~Zurray and Greenamyer.
