When the Bike Path Project was developed, several years ago, the City claimed a 50-foot right-of-way over the centerline of the existing Warren Wagon Road. This right-of-way should be at least 60-foot right-of-way (for a collector road). Trapezoid "B" show the necessary right-of-way to accomplish an adequate right-of-way. Mr. Valois owns the property at the corner of Whipkey and Warren Wagon Road. His garage sits within the southern end of the trapezoid identified as "A". . He would like to sell the property with clear title. There is a gap between the right-of-way and the property line. Mr. Valois has agreed to quit claim to the trapezoid identified as "B" to the City, if the City will quit claim Trapezoid "A" to him.
