CALL TO ORDER
The April 18, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE - FIRST MEETING (CURRENT COUNCIL)
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner (arrived at 5:55 P.M.),
Struemph, and Weber
Absent: *Carroll and Medin
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Miscellaneous Agenda Items:
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated he would like to add an item to this item on the
agenda to introduce some Lincoln University students attending tonight who attend a class
he is teaching there.
ATTENDANCE - SECOND MEETING (NEW COUNCIL)
Mayor -elect Eric Struemph took the Chair at 5:58 P.M. for the remainder of the meeting to
discuss topics on the Second Meeting agenda. Councilmen -elect Bray, Luebbert, and
Schulte were present for this meeting.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at 5:59 P.M.
No discussion or questions were raised regarding specific agenda items.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
