Please be advised that the Town of Gulf Stream, or its agents, never ordered the transcript of the
deposition “of Pamela Lattimore dated March 7, 2017 relating to the litigation styled: CG
Acquisition Company, Inc. v. The Town of Gulf Stream. Case No.: 2014-CA-007123 AG,” and as
of this date, 3/21/17, have not received the transcript or copies of the marked deposition exhibits
from the court reporter or any other source. We consider this request closed.
