I:�ayor Vahlsing presiding and councilmen, D D Huisman,
J E Riekena- J T RiekenP and Jerry Spie'_ier present.
The purpose of the meeting was to elect a. councilman
to fill va_carcy.
John L Fischer �nas put in nomination. On vote of the
council, J L Fischer received 4 votes, and the P.�ayor declared
him to be elected to fi�.l the un-expired term of Herman B Honk.
I�Ir Fischer was present at the meeting and took the
oath of office.
There being no other bsuiness council adjourned.
