The Board os Trustees, no~,~ known as the City Council of the City o~' Ly=nv~ood, met in an udiourned regular session at the C~-ty Hall, 3238 ~Tulford Avenue, on ~'Jednesday evening, Pfa:~7 2nd, 1928, at :'7:30 ?fin. Present: Trustees Tweedy ,Sk~lton,~'ndersan,R~urra,r~ and Greenamy~r. Engineer 1,'iller, was present. The minutes of the regular meeting of April 24th; the Special meeting of April 27th and of the adjourned regular meeting of I~,1aS lst, were read and approved as regd. A Communication from the roman's Bible Class of the Community Churcl^. regarding slot machines, was read. Tt was moved b~, Trustee Tweedy and seconded b; Trustee Anderson that same be received and ~~,.,,~ placed on file . Motion was carried and so ordered. An application for employment as Tractor operator from Charles S. Jolliff, was presented. it was moved b, Trustee ~'urra„~ anal seconded ~Sy Trustee Skelton that same be filed. ?~,`otion was carried and so ordered.
