The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. ~~ A Communication from James A. Houlahan regarding fence claimed to have been damage during sewer construction, wa,s regd. It was moved b~ Trustee Skelton and seconded by Trustee Tweedy that the m<~t- ter b© referred to the Contractor "1'hibido. The Cit;,- `'lerk inforr:ed ,....i the Board that he had written to Mr. Houlahan regarding sa~.e. Motion was carried and sv ordered. A communication from George I.
