The said specifications shall show the grades to which the contemplated improvements are to be constructed. 'Ehe compensation of the said ROj`=ERT B . t~ILL~;R, for all o~ the said work is hereby fixed at two (2) per cent of the total aggre- gate amount which may be finally paid for the said improvement (exclus- ive of incidental expenses) from the total sum so to become due. If before the award of the contract, or before a final judgment is obtained ineantemplated Acquisition and Improvement District No. 25 of the City of Lynwood, the proceedings thereunder shall cease or be abandoned, then the compensation of the said ROBERT B. MILLER shall be as provided in Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, and all amendments thereto.
