ROBLi~T B. .`ILI,LR, a competent engineer is hereby appointed engineer of work for the purpose of :doing and furnishing all engineer- ing work €:.nd services, surveying and all similar work and services necessary to the proper performance of the improvements contemplated in requisition and Improvement District ,IJo. 24 of the Cite of Zynvrood, according to the plans, profiles, detailed drativings and specifications therefor, referred to in the esolution of Intention adopted by the City Council of the said City; of Zynwood, on the 30th da~% of October, 192 8.
