A petition was received from property owners in the vicinity of Peach Street and Z~mxrood ~~aad protesting against the erection of a chicken house on the rear of Bot 591, tract 2551. jhe petition was referred to the wilding Inspector for investigation. A communication from Board of `T'rustees of Lynwood ~hhools re- lating to taxes assessed on seheol property in the Cit~> of Lyn~JOOd ~.nd asknrig us to revise assessment. The Clerk was instructed to write them stating that as far as assessment is concerned it is ~:ut of the City's power to change same. llie matter of weed assessment was referred to Trustee Anderson for opinion. ~~ Communication from Board of Trustees of tt~e Zynvwod Schools thanking the Cit;,a council for temporary site walk built from Alpine Street to Zindberg Schoool, was read and ordered filed. The clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for a con- tract for the disposal of garbage in the City of Zynwood by a motion of trustee Greenam~,~er and second by Trustee Skelton.
