Derrell c: hose E. Ferrell, and Lot 84, `B'ract 6554 assessed to Jeanne Victoriem Privett, and asking the Cite of LcYnvrood to caxtcell assessment, and an order di rect~d to the County Auditor and Tax Collector, directing therein to cancell all assessments in the properties involved as far as the City= Tax is concerned and ask- ing the Cite, to advise there in regard to this petition.
