Pursuant to the call of the Z;Tayor, the Board of Trustees,
now known as the Cite Council of the Cit~7 of Zynwood, met in a
Special Session Thursday afternoon at 4:00 0 ~ clock at the City~~,CQ,
11331 Plaza Street.
Present: .~rrustees T~-seedy, SkeltonyAnderson,Greenamyer and
~lfurray .
Cit~° Attorney Fia;ne a.nd Engineer biller were present.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was
dispensed with .
In the matter of Pacific Electric Railroad ~ampany
regarding Fernwood Avenue assessment, Notice of Call for Special
meeting was read.
A full and complete hearing was had and arguments pre-
sented to the :~oard b~~ the following representives from the
Pacific Electric Railvaay.

F,. Z. Young, Asst. to Vico Fres. of I'. i. Ry.
Also Attorney Crouch spoke in behalf of the City.
It was moved b~;~ trustee Tweedy and seconded b 'trustee
Anderson that the meeting ~:adjourn to ~tednesday Becember 26th, at
'7:30 P. ~=. Notion was carried and so ordered.
