The Baard of Trustees,now known as the City Council of the
City of Lynwood,r,~et in a Regular session,Tuesday evening,January 8th.
at seven-thirty oclock,a.t the City Ha11,11331 Plaza Street.
Present: Trustees Tweedy,Skelton,Anderson,Greenaxnyer,Muxray
City Attorney and City Treasurer were present.
The minutes of previous.meetin~; were read and approved as

' Gas Company.In this connection a letter from the Me.r'oelite Corp. of
America was read.It stated that the City of Lynwood could not collect
insurance in this matter,~.nd that the Gas Company should pay for the
daxna~es:On motion of Trustee Tweedy seconded by Trustee gkelton,this
was referred to 'later Supt.Cumsnings vyith power to act,he to report
' at next meeting of the Board.Motion carried and so ordered.
