L~ In the matter of acquisition and Improvement District ~No.18,of the City of Lynwood,Century Boulevard and other streets: Resolution No.618- Resolution approving plans and specifications and requesting consent of the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles Oounty, and the City Council of the City of South Gate,California,it was moved by Trustee 8gelton,seconded by Trustee greenemyer,that Resolution be adopted. The hour of eight oelock having arrived,said hour being the time for hearing protests and ob~eotioas~on Acquisition and Imp- r'"' ro$ement District No.25,of the Oity of Lynwood,to th® proposed improve- .ments ,to the proposed grade or grades to which say or all of the improvements are proposed to be constructed ,to the extent of the assess- ment district,sones,percentages~to be raised from each of said ~ones.The Mayor asked the City Clerk whether any written protests had been filed. The Clerk reported. one protest had been filed with him,that of Chas.F. Reed,12223 Long Beach Boulevard,Lynwood. The Mayor then asked if there was any one present who had any_ob3ectiona or protest to the grade to which this improvement is to~be constrvvted,and there was no response.
