RESOLUTION NO. 2020-05-01
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF UPRR UNDERPASS BRIDGE
WHEREAS, the West Mountain Metropolitan District constructed a new grade separated
crossing commonly referred to as the Leland Creek Underpass pursuant to the terms of the
New Public Highway Underpass Crossing Agreement between the District, Union Pacific
Railroad Company (UPRR) and the Town of Fraser; and
WHEREAS, Grand Park Drive and related infrastructure will be constructed under this
bridge in accordance with Town of Fraser regulations and UPRR requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser provided preliminary acceptance on April 10, 2019.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Fraser Town Board hereby authorizes final acceptance of said Improvements.
