The Board of Trustees,now known as the City Council of
the City of Lynwood,met in an "sd~.'R~g~ession at the City Hal1,11331
Playa 8treet,Thursday evening,June 20th.at seven oelock.
Roll Call:
Present: Trustee Tweedy,8kelton,Lewis ,Murrap
Absent; Trustee Anderson
Engineer Miller present.
The reading of the minutes of previous meeting were
dispensed with.
Engineer Miller reported on the bids for the Improve-
ment and purchase of Immediate Possession Bonds in the matter of
_- Aoquisition ~ Improvement District No.25 of the Oity of Lynwood,eaid
bids having been referred to him for checking at the last meetin of
the Board,June 18th.,stating that the Drainage Construction Company
was the lowest responsible bidder,the amount being X55,900.00 .
Thereupon,REBOLUTION N0.640,Entitled ~'REBOLUTION OF
AWARD in the matter of Aoquisition ~ Improvement District No.25 of
the City of Lynwood,was read.It was moved by Trustee ~kei~~,second-
ed by Trustee Tweedy that RESOLUTION N0.640 be adopted.

Ayes : Trustee Tweedy,8kelton,Lewis,Murray
Noes None
Absent: Trustee Anderson
Ordinance No.124,An Ordinance regulating Darien in the
City of Lynwood,was read for the first time.It was moved by Trustee
8kelton,eeconded by Trustee Lewis that same be declared as read the
.first time and passed to the second reading.

Ayes: Trustee Tweedy,8kelton,Lewis,Murrap
Noes : None
Absent : Trustee Anderson
On motion of Trustee Lewis,8eeonded by Trustee Tweedy the Board
adjourned to meet again,Tuesday,June 25th.at sevenr-thirty oeloek.
