The Board of Trustees,now known as the City Council of
the City of Lynwood met in regular session, Tuesday evening,0etober
22nd.at severe-thirty o~elock ,at the City Ha11,11331 Plaza Street.
ROLL CALL:

Engineer Miller was present,also City Attorney B.A.Hayne.
Resolution No.666,Resolution granting consent of the
City Council of the City of Lynwood,in the matter of County Improve-
ment No.841 of the County of Los Angeles for the Improvement of Vir-
ginia Avenue,Pope Avenue,Dunce,n Avenue,Morton Road,Sc~nborn Avenue,
• Beechwood Avenue,Elmwood Avenue and Los Flores Boulevard,and portions
^-- of Morton Road, Sanborn Avenue,Beechwood Avenue,Elmwood Avenue and Los
Flores Boulevard.It was moved by Trustee Anderson,seconded by Trustee
