ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING,NOVEb1BER 19,1929
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in adjourned
regular session,Tuesday evening,November 19th.at seven-thirty o'clock,
at the City Ha11,11331 Plaza Street.
ROLL CALL:
Present; Councilman Tweedy,Skelton,Anderson,Lewis
Absent : Mayor Murray
Engineer Miller was present.
In the absence of the ~dayor the meeting was called to
r" order by the C1erk.A motion teas entertained for the election of a
President Pro- Tem for the purpose of conducting the meeting.It was
i_ moved by Councilman Anderson and seconded by Oouncilman Tweedy that
Councilman Skelton be elected President Pro- Tem.Motion was carried
and so ordered.
COMMUNICATIONS;
Report received from the County Health Department for
the month of October for the. District affecting the City of Lynwood.
It was moved and seconded ths.t report be accepted and ordered filed.
ORAI- COItMUNI CATI ONS
Font YPilliams addressed the Council seeking information in
regard to the improvement of Se,nta Fe Avenue in the City of
Lynwood.Mr.~Villiams was informed that no action had been
taken by the Council at this time.
R.J.Palmer appeared before the Council inquiring about taxes
:~~ on a certain lot in Tract 7036 claiming the assessment is
too high.As the City of Lynwood does not do its own assessing,
Mr.Falmer was referred to the County Assessor of Los Angeles Co.

It was moved by Councilman Tweedy seconded
