On February 18, 2014 you produced a single record in response to that request. I wrote you on February 19, 2014 that it appeared to me there may be another record responsive to my request that was not produced. I asked you to confirm that the single record you produced is indeed the only public record responsive to my public record request. This request is copied below and the original attachments to this request are forwarded herein for your continued reference. I have not heard back from you regarding this request therefore I am asking again to inspect all public records that existed at the time of my February 14, 2014 request that are responsive to the original request, to wit: All records including requests for proposals, estimates, invoices, payments, memos, correspondence and any other record related to the recent clean up of trash and other work on the property known as parcel number 20434604000001010. I further clarify this request by asking that before you search for all responsive records that you only search for and produce any records of correspondence with the management of the Gulf Stream Golf Club that Mr. Bauer was responding to with his letter which you produced in response to my public record request of February 14, 2014. I hope this request is sufficiently clear. If it isn't, please let me know and I will try to make it more clear. I continue to make this request pursuant to Article 1, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. I reserve all rights granted to me under the Florida Constitution and Florida Statutes.
