RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN
SPACE DISTRICT APPOINTING PEACE OFFICER

The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby resolve as
follows;
The following person is hereby designated as a peace officer of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District pursuant to Section 830.3 l(b)of the Penal Code of the
State of California,to enforce the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District Land
Use Regulations and those city,county,and state regulations related to the protection
and safe use of District land, enforcement of which is specifically authorized by the
District:
